Easter

Nolan and I arrived home from the ER at 5 am Sunday morning.  Sweet Karly was up and dressed in her Easter dress by 7 am.  She was as patient as could be expected and I finally got up at 8 with her.

Despite the drama of the night, the Easter Bunny came through.

Nolan (and puppy) showed up a little bit later.

Nolan seemed well enough that we went ahead with our plans to meet Ron and Lenyr for brunch.

After brunch we headed to Annapolis. 

 

 The kids had a great time and spent almost the entire afternoon hiding eggs for each other.

Yes, those are eggs.  On a roof.

That's safe, right?

My baby bug konked out on my lap late in the afternoon and slept soundly for over an hour through everyone talking and coming and going.
