Spring soccer for Nolan

After being subjected to watching so many of Karly's soccer practices and games, Nolan has the soccer bug now too.  He was so excited to find out he was going to be able to play on a real team and get a uniform this spring.

First practice.

He has had two games so far.  He seems to have a bit of a size disadvantage out there, and has expressed some awareness/concern about that, such as, "why is everyone on the other team so big?"  He's also less aggressive and pushy than many of the kids, but does well defensively and seems to have a good understanding of the game, such as not randomly kicking the ball out of bounds like many of them do at this age.  He is also very concerned about the score, keeping track of goals and continually asking me about it, even though they do not keep score at this age and try very hard to not put any emphasis on winning/losing.

"Green Heros"

Even more than his team practices and games, he enjoys kicking the ball around with Marco at Karly's practices and games.  His favorite thing is being goalie.
